International Training Camp

THE INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CAMP IS THOUGHT-OUT TO IMPROVE THE RIDERS’ PERFORMANCE

WHAT & WHERE
The International Training Camp is designed to provide transitional training and mental refreshment in a non-competitive environment. Our facilities are located in one of the most popular Trials spots, in Vic, venue of the 2021 UCI Trials World Championships. Beside we will conduct training sessions in stunning natural areas around Osona region.

SPORTING
During the days of your stay it will be conduct training sessions across a wide range of topics: skill development, training, cross-training, tactics, strategy, mental training and annual planning, all with the overarching goal to provide useful training guidelines.
Our emphasis during the International Training Camp will be on the big picture: what riders need to be working on, detecting the weak points, boost the strengths and how to map out the Trials season.

WITH ELOI PALAU
All sessions will be managed by Eloi Palau, Graduated in Sports Science and Physical Activity from the University of Vic. The former junior World Champion got the bronze medal at the 2021 UCI Trials World Championships and he holds the 3rd UCI ranking position. Eloi is ready to direct, observe, facilitate and provide valuable riding tips. Your responsibilities are to listen, learn and take notes of his valuables pieces of advice.
